K. Treppides & Co Ltd, the Largest Independent Consultant Cyprus-based International Firm, is seeking to recruit a AML Compliance Consultant to join the AML Compliance Department in our Nicosia Office.

 

Entry Requirements:

• BSc in Economics/Law/Digital Assets, or any other relevant field
• 0-2 years of relevant working experience in the AML/KYC/Compliance field
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language
• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
• Excellent Command of Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Excellent reading and understanding of the EU and National legislation regarding AML/CFT, sanctions etc.
• IT literate
• Enthusiastic Team player

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performance of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) Procedures
• Ensure that adequate clients KYC/AML records are maintained 
• Prepare and maintain internal reports for all reviewed customers performing risk assessment
• Screening all clients (PEP database, sanction lists etc.) and assessing potential results
• Monitoring the activities of the company for adherence to the AML Directive and other relevant Laws and reporting to the Compliance Officer
• Responsible for administrating the company’s Internal Control Management system
• Liaising with all the firm’s departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Developing compliance training materials
