Requirements:

• Experience with Rhino and enthusiasm to learn REVIT on the job. AutoCAD helpful.

 Duties:

• Assist project architects in developing conceptual designs, massing studies, and spatial layouts.
• Conduct precedent research and site analysis to inform the early stages of design.
• Produce 3D digital and potentially physical models.
• Participate in internal design reviews and contribute thoughts to project reviews.
• Draft 2D plans, sections, and elevations for planning, tender, and construction packages.

• Design and layout presentation boards and reports.
