Lowland International Shipping Cyprus Ltd. is a crew management company based in Larnaca offering tailor-made crewing solutions for all types of offshore vessels, merchant ships, and cruise ships.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. 

Vacancy Responsibilities:

·         Preparation for Invoicing of Clients.

·         Maintains historical records by filing documents (general bookkeeping)

·         Process of sundry expenses through company’s operational software.

·         Process supplier invoices and perform supplier statement reconciliations.

·         Assist in preparing payroll-related documents.

·         Reconciliation procedures for Banks-Debtors-Creditors

·         Assist in debtors and creditors monitoring and follow-up.

·         Assist operations team.

·         Other accounting related matters.

Vacancy Requirements:

·         LCCI Higher or similar qualification.

·         1-2 years’ experience in Accounting/VAT.

·         Knowledge of Accounting Software preferable of E-Soft.

·         Computer literacy. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek/English.

·         Pleasant personality and professionalism.

·         Ability to work in a team and when necessary to work towards deadlines.

·         Attention to detail and accuracy.
