We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manger to join us who is comfortable in an evolving environment and enjoys solving a variety of challenges that contribute to meaningful outcomes.

Your work in Internal Audit/Finance will go beyond the numbers, it’s about understanding the business, navigating risks, and delivering insights that support informed decision making.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
Support the monthly closing process, including the preparation and submission of management accounts and internal reports.
Serve as a point of contact for financial queries, providing clear and accurate analysis when required.
Coordinate with external auditors during interim and annual audit processes, ensuring smooth and timely completion.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure effective financial planning.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and contribute to timely submission of all statutory financial reporting obligations.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader business objectives and provide financial insight where needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified or in advanced process of becoming a qualified ACA, ACCA.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably with solid understanding of consolidation and financial statement preparation under IFRS.
Hands-on experience with CaseWare -consolidation and financial statements preparation under IFRS.
Strong academic record, preferably relating to Accounting, Economics, and Finance.
Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills, both in Greek and English.
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Ability to interact in a team environment.
