Radisson Beach Resort is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Storekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the storeroom, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing supplies while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and inventory control in a luxury 5-star resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Storekeeper with the daily operations of the hotel storeroom.
Receive, check, count and properly store incoming goods and supplies.
Organize and maintain the cleanliness of all storage areas.
Issue supplies to the hotel departments according to approved requisitions.
Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
Check deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
Report damaged, missing or incorrect items to the Storekeeper.
Assist with the return of damaged or incorrect goods.
Ensure that all goods are properly stored and organized according to hotel procedures.
Assist with entering receipts, requisitions and inventory information into the Materials Management System.
Follow health and safety and food safety procedures in accordance with ISO 22000:2018.
Support the Storekeeper with the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse.
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse, storeroom or similar position is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of stock and inventory control.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Basic to good knowledge of Greek and English.
Energetic and physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry goods.
High school diploma or equivalent.

A storekeeper is a person who is responsible for managing goods in the warehouse at all stages, from the time of moving goods into the warehouse, preserving and storing them until the time of moving goods out of the warehouse, and ensuring requirements of quality and quantity of goods well. The storekeeper is also the person who checks inventory and reports the inventory quantity periodically.
