A global financial company, regulated by CySEC, is looking for a Polish-speaking Agent to join our team in our offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

If you are a communicative and results-driven individual who enjoys working with clients, building long-term relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with Polish-speaking clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Fluent in Polish and good command of English
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (financial services is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a positive, proactive attitude
