Role Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and corporate litigation files
• Draft pleadings, interim applications, and legal opinions
• Assist in cross-border disputes, asset tracing, insolvency matters, and arbitration
• Conduct legal research and prepare accurate and strategic legal analysis
• Attend court appearances and hearings
• Manage client communication and provide regular case updates

Requirements

• Degree in Law (LLB)
• Cyprus Bar membership
• Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial/corporate litigation
• Bar Practice Course (BPC) is considered an advantage
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Strong legal research skills and familiarity with tools such as CyLaw, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and legal textbooks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity
