Company / Client Overview

On behalf of our client, a well-established and continuously growing property development company in Paphos, we are seeking an experienced Auditor to join their Finance Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the financial integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness of a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, internal controls, compliance monitoring, and supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and reviews of financial processes, controls, and procedures
• Assess compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Review financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare audit reports and present findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and management reports
• Monitor risk areas and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audit procedures
• Support management in strengthening internal controls and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable financial regulations
• Assist with ad hoc financial and compliance-related projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• ACA or ACCA qualified, or in the final stages of qualification
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience within an Audit or Accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of IFRSs and ISAs
• Experience in financial reporting and compliance procedures
• Excellent knowledge of CaseWare and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders
