BARTENDER

Grecian Bay Hotel — Ayia Napa, Cyprus

THE ROLE
You will prepare and serve drinks to our guests professionally and consistently, keeping the bar clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly throughout your shift.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES
— Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to standard recipes
— Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar station at all times
— Deliver friendly, professional service to every guest
— Maintain a thorough knowledge of the full drinks menu
— Set up and break down the bar before and after each shift
— Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
— Support the Bar Manager and team as required
 

REQUIREMENTS
— Minimum 2 years' experience as a bartender
— Good knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
— Strong command of English — knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage
— Outgoing personality with excellent guest communication skills
— Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
— Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
— EU nationality or valid EU work permit
