Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages
Excellent command of Greek and English
Professional appearance and reliability
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
Team spirit, positive attitude, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks, coffee, and beverages according to the venue’s standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station
Provide professional and friendly service to guests
Support daily bar operations and stock control
Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures
Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operation
