Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, skilled bartender to prepare and serve beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient under pressure, and knowledgeable about drinks and responsible alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Greet customers, take orders, and offer recommendations
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware, and equipment
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Monitor guest intake and refuse service when appropriate
• Comply with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Build rapport with regulars and create a positive atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (21+)
• Proven bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage plus tips
