Job Summary

 

Atlantica Miramare is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Bartenders / Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidates will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve beverages, and contribute to creating a memorable guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
• Assist guests with menu selections and special requests
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of bar and service areas
• Prepare garnishes and beverage decorations
• Follow opening and closing procedures according to hotel standards
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and personal presentation
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Attend mandatory trainings as required by company and government regulations

 

Requirements:

• Hotel School diploma or secondary education with relevant hospitality experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
