Join the Skin Korea Team 💚
Skin Korea is growing across Cyprus, and we’re looking for motivated, reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Beauty Advisors to join our expanding team in Larnaca, Nicosia and Paralimni.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company, develop your knowledge of Korean skincare and beauty, and build a long-term career with us as we continue to expand.
Your Role
As a Beauty Advisor, you will:
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional in-store experience
- Understand customers’ skincare needs and recommend suitable products and routines
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Develop strong knowledge of our Korean skincare products and brands
- Support the team in achieving store sales goals
- Process sales and operate the POS system
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and organization
- Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and day-to-day store operations
- Work collaboratively with the wider Skin Korea team
What We’re Looking For
- Availability for full-time employment
- A reliable, responsible and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Confidence interacting with customers and providing product recommendations
- A genuine interest in skincare, beauty and Korean cosmetics
- Motivation to learn and continuously develop product knowledge
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, sales or customer service is considered an advantage

What We Offer 💚
- Monthly Gross Salary: €1,150 – €1,300, depending on experience and qualifications
