CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading real estate development and construction company with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Bookkeeper & Administrator (Dual Role) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Bookkeeper & Administrator, you will handle a rage of bookkeeping and administration tasks. As part of your role, you will support bookkeeping functions including invoices and reconciliations, as well as provide administrative support to project managers and internal teams. Our client is seeking applicants who hold proven bookkeeping experience, who are fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Any prior experience working in the real estate development or construction sectors will be considered an advantage, but not essential. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage office procurement and supplies.
  • Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses.
  • Manage bookkeeping functions, including invoices, reconciliations, and financial records.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, administration, and internal coordination.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Manage import processes and logistics for construction materials.
  • Coordinate payments and liaise with external accountants and financial partners.
  • Provide administrative and compliance support to project managers and internal teams.
  • Review and monitor subcontractor and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Proven hands-on bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial workflows.
  • Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.
  • Experience in real estate development or construction will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is desirable.
