Brunch Cook (Full-Time | Year-Round Position)
 

Kentrikon 1924 Boutique Hotel in Paphos, Old Town is looking for a passionate Brunch Cook to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Open, prepare and replenish the breakfast buffet.
• Prepare fresh cold kitchen items.
• Cook à la carte breakfast and brunch dishes.
• Maintain high food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well stocked.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and ready for the following shift.
• Assist with stock control and report items requiring replenishment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a breakfast or brunch kitchen.
• Passion for quality food and attention to detail.
• Good organisation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
