We are looking for a ‘Business Controller, Crew Management’ to join our office in Limassol.

Requirements

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in corporate environment
• Experience in shipping/banking will be considered an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to travel when (if) required
• Strong IT skills and advanced knowledge in Excel
• Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities 

• Produce variance analysis on monthly results.
• Support in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Act as a key liaison between Finance and Business Services to ensure strategic alignment.
• Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and cost control initiatives.
• Support on ad-hoc projects related to new business development from financial perspective
