Business Developer (FSM Software)

Since 2019, we've helped more than 200 businesses across Cyprus streamline their operations through innovative cloud technology, helping them work smarter, faster and more efficiently.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who is passionate about technology, enjoys building relationships and thrives on turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in expanding our presence across Cyprus by:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Delivering engaging software demonstrations and tailored business solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Collaborating with our technical team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Representing BigChange Cyprus at business events, networking opportunities and industry exhibitions.
• Achieving ambitious monthly and annual sales targets.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is motivated, confident and enjoys helping businesses embrace technology.

Essential

• Previous experience in B2B Sales (Software, SaaS or IT solutions preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Cyprus.
