DIG Digital Innovation Group Ltd, the company behind Treedia, Cyprus’ premium Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media network, is growing and looking for a motivated Business Operations Associate to join our team.
 

At Treedia, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, marketing and sustainability, supporting digital campaigns, clients, business operations, and new projects.
 

No prior professional experience is required. We value curiosity, organization, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Whether you’re a recent graduate or starting your career, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, take ownership, and grow with a fast-moving startup.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Content Management: Upload, schedule, and manage advertising campaigns across our digital screen network using our Content Management System (CMS).
• Client Success & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their campaign materials are received and executed flawlessly.
• Financial Operations: Issue invoices, follow up on collections, and keep our accounting systems updated to support financial reporting.
• Sales & Group Support: Collaborate actively with the sales team, coordinate with Group associates, and assist with smooth operations across various company projects.
• Data & Reporting: Compile and prepare operational performance reports for Management.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent in both English and Greek.
• Education: Academic background in Business Administration (BBA) or a closely related field.
• Tech Fluency: Highly computer literate and tech-savvy, with a natural comfort in adapting to new software and digital tools.
• Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to work remotely, manage your time effectively, and operate independently.

Bonus Points (Advantageous Skills)

• Degree or specialized coursework in Management Information Systems (MIS), Marketing, or Digital Media.
• Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
• A basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in marketing or digital media execution.

Employment Details

• Schedule: Full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday. Remuneration: Competitive salary aligned with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and current market standards for similar roles.
