Radisson Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Butcher to support our culinary operations by ensuring the highest standards in meat preparation, quality, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cut, portion, trim, and store meat, poultry, and seafood according to hotel specifications.
Ensure proper stock rotation and storage procedures.
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitor product quality and minimize waste.
Assist the kitchen team with daily production requirements.
Ensure compliance with HACCP and hotel policies.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Butcher in a hotel, resort, or large catering operation.
Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
