Call Center Representative

In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You'll input customer information into our platform while maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for technology.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly.
• A high school diploma (university degree is a plus).
• Willingness to work shifts in a 24-hour rotation.
• Computer literacy.
