Cargo Warehouse Coordinator (Larnaca)  

Job Ref. no.: WRH/06-2026

 

Job Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that the warehouse operates efficient, with customer satisfaction the primary goal.

• Supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals

• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilisation, inventory, gate processes, and handling methods

• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals

• Oversee daily operations

• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations

General Requirements for the position:

• Excellent communication and team working skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Excellent computer literacy in the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language both in verbal and written communication.

• Diploma in Warehouse Management and Logistics or other related field will be an advantage

• Any previous experience in warehouse management/coordination will be considered as an advantage
