About Us

While we are highly routinized and established experts in the solar and photovoltaic sector, we are currently on a strong rise in the home automation and energy efficiency space.

We are seeking a dynamic, highly reliable Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our daily business, manage our team, and drive our international expansion.

The Role

As our COO, you will be the operational backbone of Solvest. Working in close, trusted alignment with the CEO, you will take full ownership of internal operations, project management, and team leadership. This is a highly entrepreneurial role designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to scale a green-tech company on an international level.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage and inspire our close-knit team of 11 employees, fostering a collaborative, high-performance startup culture.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of PV and home automation projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless delivery.
• International Business & Growth: Lead our international business efforts, managing relationships with global partners and expanding our market footprint.
• Strategic Execution: Translate Solvest's overarching vision into structured, scalable daily operations, especially as we expand our home automation portfolio.

What You Bring to the Table

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Engineering, an MBA, or a comparable technical/business degree.
• Industry Familiarity: Solid understanding of, or a strong passion for, Photovoltaic systems, renewable energy, and IoT/Home Automation.
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects with high reliability.
• Global Mindset: Fluency in English is essential, along with a strong background or comfort level in conducting international business.
• Mindset: A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to act as the trusted right hand to the CEO.
