Armonia Estates Ltd, Leading Property Developer, is seeking to recruit for Paphos an experienced:

Civil Engineer

Scope and general purpose of the job:

Site engineering

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction works from start to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of five years’ experience in site engineering
• knowledge of construction processes, means and methods
• Familiarity with basic software programs, excel, word, project
• Greek and English languages
