We are seeking to recruit a native Spanish, French and Italian speaker Client Success Executives to join our Team. In this role, you will proactively engage with clients to enhance their overall experience with IronFX’s platforms and services. You will build relationships, anticipate client needs, and ensure a smooth and personalized client journey, contributing to client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively engage with clients via various mediums to enhance their overall experience and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls to new clients to guide them through platform features and ensure a smooth start to their journey.
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and maintain high levels of engagement.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, offering guidance on account-related matters, platform usage, and available services.
- Handle client inquiries, ensuring a seamless transition between proactive and reactive support.
- Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with internal teams (Payments, Compliance, Back Office, IT) to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor client activity and behavior to identify trends and potential issues.
- Gather client feedback and insights and share them with management to support continuous improvement of products, services, and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Native Italian or Spanish or French language skills
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role (preferably in FX/CFD or financial services).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions clearly and professionally, with confidence in handling outbound client calls and building rapport with clients across different channels.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, anticipate client needs, and drive engagement rather than waiting for issues to arise.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Ability to understand platform functionality and explain basic concepts to clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service quality and responsiveness.
