Περιγραφή εργασίας

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Understand all food items offered, including ingredients, preparation methods, proper presentation, and prepare them to the highest standards.

·         Ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene requirements are met in compliance with health and safety regulations (HAACP).

·         Prepare the mise en place for the assigned section and carefully review the daily menu to ensure proper execution.

·         Adhere to all control procedures to maintain consistency and quality.

·         Follow recipes provided by the Executive Chef ensuring consistent taste and presentation.

Qualification and Experience:

·         Graduate of culinary school

·         At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position

·         Good knowledge of English language – Greek would be an advantage

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively

·         Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently

·         Positive, engaging personality

·         Professional appearance & attitude
