THE OPPORTUNITY
Harris Kyriakides is currently seeking a motivated and responsible graduate to join our firm as a Corporate Administrator at our Larnaca office.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will join our Corporate Department and will work in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
· Handling the formation and registration of companies.
· Drafting and submitting trademark applications.
· Preparing documents related to voluntary liquidations.
· Preparing and filing documents with the Registrar of Companies.
· Drafting corporate documents and maintaining secretarial files and statutory company records.
· Handling due diligence procedures and compliance matters.
· Providing administrative support to the department.
· Communicating directly with clients and attending meetings.
· Undertaking general administrative tasks of the firm.
ABOUT YOU
You will need the following:
· University degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field.
· Approximately 1–3 years of proven experience in Corporate Administration.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
· Excellent computer skills.
· Organisational skills, integrity, responsibility and professionalism.
· Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
