CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of Corporate Services, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Corporate Administrator, you will handle a range of duties, including maintaining corporate files, drafting a range of documents, completing forms for the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, and more. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 5+ years of experience in a relevant position, gained working for a Law Firm, or Corporate Services provider. You will need to be fluent in English, with knowledge of Greek and/or Russian considered a significant advantage. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining corporate files and filing.
  • Drafting internal documents including resolutions/minutes.
  • Correspondence with clients via email/telephone.
  • Working with local authorities, banks, agents worldwide, tax office, Registrar of Companies.
  • Completing Registrar of Companies forms.
  • Liaising with Financial Institutions regarding the opening of Client Bank Accounts.
  • Answer phones, working with couriers.
  • Administrative tasks, i.e., scanning, copying, etc...
  • Arranging apostille certifications.
  • Any other ad hoc duties that may require the Corporate Administrator’s assistance.
  • Assistance in escrow deals.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Holder of Bachelor Degree.
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in a Corporate Administrator role at a law firm or corporate service provider.
  • Fluency in English written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Russian and/or Greek will be considered as a major advantage.
  • Computer literacy and good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to details skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, positive attitude, and approachable personality.
  • Credibility and high integrity of character.
