Assist in the formation, registration, and administration of Cyprus and foreign companies.
Maintain and organize corporate records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
Manage corporate filings, including submissions to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate documents such as Board Resolutions, Power of Attorney, Share Certificates, and Certificates of Incumbency.
Provide administrative support to the legal and corporate teams, including record-keeping and document management.
Coordinate with clients to ensure due diligence and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures are completed as required.
Maintain and update company registers, managing statutory requirements.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to corporate matters.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate governance standards, and other legal requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
At least one year of relevant experience is necessary.
Strong knowledge of Cyprus company formation and corporate governance procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EBOS system is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of KYC and due diligence procedures is an advantage
