The Role
We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented and motivated individual who is willing to learn and capable of supporting the firm's day-to-day corporate administration work.
The role will involve assisting with company incorporations, statutory filings, corporate records, KYC and AML documentation and general corporate administration, while progressively developing greater knowledge and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the incorporation and administration of Cyprus companies.
- Maintaining and updating corporate registers and statutory records.
- Preparing corporate documents, resolutions, minutes and related documentation.
- Assisting with filings and submissions to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
- Assisting with changes to company structures, directors, shareholders and registered office details.
- Supporting the preparation, collection and maintenance of KYC and AML documentation.
- Communicating with clients, professional service providers and government authorities.
- Assisting the firm's legal team with day-to-day corporate administration matters.
- Monitoring corporate records, statutory requirements and relevant deadlines.
- Ensuring that company files and corporate documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently.
The position offers an opportunity to develop practical knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and company administration while working within an established law firm environment.
Candidate Profile

Candidates should demonstrate:
- A university degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance or another relevant field.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines.
- Good command of Greek and English, written and oral.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using standard office applications.
- A proactive, professional and collaborative approach to work.
- A willingness to learn, develop and progressively assume greater responsibility.
Previous experience in corporate administration, a law firm, accounting firm or corporate services provider will be regarded as an advantage, but is not essential. A relevant Corporate Administrator certification will also be considered an advantage.
