Our client, a well-established professional services organisation, is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join its Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing corporate administrative support to a portfolio of local and international entities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering efficient, high-quality client service.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of local and international companies, ensuring all corporate matters are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Prepare a wide range of corporate documentation, including board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, certificates, powers of attorney, statutory forms, and other corporate records.
- Assist with corporate filings and maintain communication with the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, corporate records, and electronic client files in line with legal requirements and internal procedures.
- Support company incorporations, corporate changes, annual compliance requirements, reorganisations, and other corporate administration matters.
- Liaise with banks and other service providers regarding corporate documentation and administrative requests.
- Assist with client onboarding processes by collecting, reviewing, and maintaining KYC and due diligence documentation in accordance with AML requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, professional advisors, authorities, and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient handling of corporate matters.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Corporate Administration or a similar role within a corporate services, legal, accounting, fiduciary, or professional services environment.
- Good understanding of corporate administration principles and relevant regulatory requirements in Cyprus.
- Experience with company incorporations, ongoing corporate maintenance, statutory compliance, and corporate record management.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and client due diligence procedures.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with electronic document management systems.
- High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
