Customer Support & Content Moderation Agent

We are a creator subscription platform looking for a reliable, level-headed agent to own the morning shift across moderation, identity verification, and support.
This is a seat with full ownership of your tasks. Alongside the core queues, you will be the first escalation point during your shift and the onboarding buddy for new agents, reporting directly to the Head.
Location: Remote (work from home) Hours: Morning shift, full-time Reports to: Head of CS, CM & KYC
What you'll do
- Review flagged content in our moderation tooling (Hive) and apply our rules consistently. Enforce hard prohibitions without exception and escalate safety issues immediately.
- Verify creator identity and age documents to prevent impersonation and fraud, handling personal data with discretion.
- Work the support ticket queue (Freshdesk) and meet response targets for the shift.
- Be the first point of contact during the morning shift and help new agents settle in.
Important: This is an adult content platform. You will see explicit material as a routine part of the role. We are upfront about this because you need to be comfortable with it before applying.
We're looking for
- Good written and spoken English.
- Comfort with adult content as part of a moderation and verification role.
- Discretion with sensitive personal data.
- Organised, calm under a steady queue, dependable on a fixed shift.
- Good judgment and a willingness to escalate when unsure.
Previous trust and safety, KYC, or support experience is a plus. Full training is provided either way.
