We are looking for Customer Support Hosts with strong English language skills who are eager to grow professionally!

The Position:  

As our Customer Support Host (English Speaking), your goal is to resolve every issue quickly and with a positive and friendly attitude. Together with the rest of our Support Team, you are the digital voice of our brands, assisting customers via live chat, email, and other online platforms. 

Requirements:  

• Fluent in the English language both spoken and written. 
• Passionate in providing the best Customer Service experience. 
• Strong communication skills. 
• Able to work under pressure. 
• Open to work on a shift basis schedule. 
• Good problem-solving skills. 
• Act as a true team player, supporting team members where needed. 
• Previous experience in Customer Support is preferred. 
• Basic knowledge in the use of computers and software as well as typing skills. 
• Great attention to detail and typing skills. 

The Location: 

Larnaca, Cyprus — centrally located.
