Customer Support & Operations Specialist 

 

📍 PIS Fitness | Nicosia, Cyprus

PIS Fitness is looking for a friendly, organised, and people-oriented Customer Support & Operations Specialist to join our team. The role combines customer service (online, by phone, and in-store) with order management, logistics coordination, and day-to-day operations support.

 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer orders online and on-site, and prepare them for local and international shipping 
• Plan the delivery schedule (company car provided) and coordinate daily with the technical and sales teams on tasks and weekly programs 
• Update the system with tracking numbers and keep customers informed 
• Reply to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in person at the shop 
• Handle challenging customers calmly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution 
• Keep track of inventory and stock, and update the website accordingly 
• Place and follow up on orders from producers/manufacturers 
• Issue invoices and maintain accurate records 
• Organise storage areas and support overall logistics and organisation

 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (a must) 
• Polite, well-mannered, and great with people
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driving licence 
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude 
• Interest in gym, fitness, and sports is considered a plus
