Company Overview

BuySellCyprus.com is the number one real estate marketplace in Cyprus, trusted for over 25 years by property buyers, sellers, and professional real estate agents. The platform serves millions of visitors each month and supports the largest network of verified agents in the country.

We are seeking a Customer Support & Platform Operations Officer to act as a first point of contact for users of the platform and to support the daily operational flow of the marketplace.

Role Summary

This role combines customer support, platform operations, and administrative coordination. You will answer inbound calls, assist users and agents, handle technical and listing-related inquiries, and ensure that listings and subscriptions on the platform comply with our policies.

The role requires clear communication, good judgment, attention to detail, and reliability. You will work closely with the sales, technical, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Agent Support

• Answer incoming calls from customers and agents
• Assist users with inquiries related to:
  • Buying or listing properties
  • Using the BuySellCyprus.com platform
  • Technical issues and general support
• Support professional agents advertising on the platform
• Handle complaints and reports related to listings in a calm and professional manner

Platform Operations

• Audit and moderate new property listings for accuracy and compliance
• Manage agent subscriptions and assist with collections and renewals
• Support the sales team with administrative and follow-up tasks
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, subscriptions, and unresolved issues

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support, call handling, or administrative roles
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in Greek and English (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Comfortable working with web-based systems and CRM tools
• Calm, professional, and solution-oriented attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate, online marketplaces, or classified platforms
• Experience with subscription management or billing support
• Basic technical understanding of web platforms
• Additional languages beyond Greek and English
