On behalf of our client, one of the largest construction companies in Cyprus, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Designer.

 

Τhe Company is licensed as an A – Class Contractor, allowing to handle projects of any size and complexity. Due to its size and structure, the Company can operate with flexibly to match the needs of its clients. It has been in the market for over 60 years and has built a reputation for quality, efficiency and reliability.

 

We are seeking an experienced Designer to join the team of the Company and take an active role in the design, coordination and technical support of the architectural projects. The role requires a strong technical background, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and a practical understanding of the transition from design to construction

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare detailed drawings for architectural and structural plans, elevations, sections and construction details.

Develop final construction drawings that clearly reflect the building appearance and implementation requirements.

Process and incorporate the necessary changes throughout the design and permitting process.

Prepare architectural and construction details in line with the standards and requirements of each project.

Collaborate with the design team and other involved departments for the timely completion of deliverables.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ability to work accurately, with strong technical understanding and close attention to detail.

Organised and collaborative character, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Professional approach and willingness to be part of a dynamic technical environment.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Very good command of the Greek and English languages.

Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work within timeframes.

Previous experience in architectural design, detail design or a technical office environment will be considered a significant advantage.
