The Digital Marketing Executive will support the implementation and optimization of Limassol Greens’ digital marketing strategy across paid media, website performance, and social media channels. The position requires a strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and attention to detail.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team to ensure digital campaigns generate high-quality leads and brand awareness in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
• Track and analyse digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Insights, and campaign dashboards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights, KPIs, and optimization opportunities.
• Support the execution of the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce digital assets for campaigns and social media.
• Monitor the Limassol Greens website, ensuring content updates and performance optimization.
• Assist with SEO initiatives and website optimization to improve search visibility and traffic.
• Conduct digital market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Good understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content scheduling
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment
• Experience with Performance Max campaigns
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research
• Experience working with real estate, lifestyle, or hospitality brands
• Familiarity with CMS platforms
