Maintain meticulous tracking of project deadlines, distribute comprehensive meeting minutes, and drive action items to completion.
2. Change Management & Internal Advocacy
Serve as Delphi’s internal "product champion" to drive user adoption of new digital tools among faculty and administrative staff.
Proactively address and mitigate staff resistance to new digital workflows by translating technical roadmaps into clear, department-specific benefits.
3. Process Analysis
Identify, analyse, and document current manual workflows across Admissions, Academics, Finance, and Student Administration.
Map current and future-state processes to guide the configuration of the Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and other institutional software systems in line with academic and operational requirements.
Collaborate closely with the external EdTech Consultant to translate strategic technology recommendations into practical internal action plans.
Serve as the daily operational link between the core Delphi team, IT, Finance, Operations, and the Executive Team to eliminate bottlenecks.
Influence cross-departmental activities to achieve targeted objectives.
5. Data Hygiene & Governance
Oversee the integrity of historical data migration from legacy systems and manual processes into new systems.
Establish and enforce strict data entry standards, ensuring high attention to detail in system inputs, data cleansing, and reporting.
Essential Requirements (Must Have)
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field such as Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in IT, project coordination, business analysis, or operations management roles.
Strong process analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation skills.
High proficiency and hands-on experience working within Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace ecosystems (including collaboration tools, cloud storage, and shared documentation).
Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, reporting, and maintaining data quality.
Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms, or other enterprise applications.
Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and digital platforms.
Experience supporting website development or digital implementation projects.
Experience with data migration, system implementation, or change management initiatives.
Knowledge of higher education administrative processes and digital transformation projects.
