 Join the ShipCon Team – Erasmus+ Mobility Coordinator & Participant Support Officer

ShipCon Group is looking for a motivated and dynamic Mobility Coordinator to join our growing team in Limassol, Cyprus.

As part of our Erasmus+ operations team, you will play a key role in supporting international students and accompanying teachers throughout their mobility experience.

Main Responsibilities

 Welcoming and supporting Erasmus+ participants

 Coordinating arrivals, departures and mobility activities

 Accompanying students to workplaces and educational visits

 Conducting monitoring visits and ensuring participant welfare

 Liaising with companies, schools and local partners

 Supporting accommodation and logistics arrangements

 Helping deliver a high-quality Erasmus+ mobility experience

Requirements

 Excellent communication and organisational skills

 Good command of English

 Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Valid driving licence (mandatory)

 Ability to drive within Limassol and surrounding areas for monitoring visits and participant support

 Currently residing in Limassol (mandatory)

 Good knowledge of Limassol, its districts, business areas, hotels, workplaces and local services
