CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Group of Companies with diverse business interests in the online domain, we are seeking to recruit an Event Coordinator & Client Relations Associate to join their growing team based in Nicosia, Limassol, or Paphos. In this role, the successful applicant will act as a point of contact, liaising directly with the Head of Event Operations, to organize and execute all aspects of the planning and implementation of an esteemed conference. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Event Management, Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations, Communications, or another relevant field, who possess approximately 1+ years of experience in a relevant role. Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach and commitment to quality are essential, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, with knowledge of any additional language considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis for event planning and execution.
- Participate in Conference-related meetings.
- Efficiently engage with potential clients and deliver presentations.
- Successfully convert leads, maintain lead tracking, and prepare insightful reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors to develop and execute the event effectively.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication across all departments within the Group to address client requests and inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive support for event logistics, covering gift arrangements, on-site support, post-event attendee communication, invoice management etc.
- Present innovative ideas to enhance the event experience.
- Take ownership of the Marketing team's future Conference participation, including ticket and booth bookings, travel arrangements, accommodations, and related logistics.
- Organise company functions, team-building activities, training sessions, and socially responsible events for the Group of Companies.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations, Communications, or any other relevant field.
- Approximately 1+ years of experience in a relevant position is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language (verbal & written). The knowledge of any other language would be considered a benefit.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach and commitment to quality.
- Strong presentation and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Reactivity and ability to manage emergencies and adapt to last-minute changes and business dynamics.
