Honeywell Events is one of Cyprus’ most established Destination Management Companies, trusted by corporate clients across Europe for over three decades. We design and deliver to our European clients creative, seamless conferences, incentives and corporate events in Cyprus—handling everything from accommodation and venues to dinners, excursions, logistics and team building, for groups from 15 to 1,000 participants.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic, organised and fast-moving professional to join our team and take ownership of creating tailor-made programmes and proposals for international clients—often under tight deadlines.
The Role:
To be responsible for building high-quality, client-ready proposals that win business including:
- Creating tailor-made itineraries and programmes (conference & incentive travel) using our database of ideas and suppliers
- Checking hotel and venue availability and coordinating with partners and suppliers
- Producing accurate pricing and ensuring proposals are commercially sound
- Writing clear, persuasive English descriptions of venues, experiences, and programme highlights
- Managing professional email communication and building rapport with clients (the person “on the other side”)
- Delivering proposals quickly and calmly under pressure when deadlines are urgent
- Optionally supporting our operations team on delivery if you have the skills and willingness
Requirements:
- Creative, with an eye for designing experiences that feel premium and memorable.
- Highly organised, efficient and punctual—you can manage multiple requests without dropping details.
- Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment where urgency is normal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (strong user level).
- Able to learn (or already know) Cyprus’ hospitality and experiences—hotels, venues, restaurants, excursions, team-building.
- Professional, friendly and confident in client communication.
- Languages: English is a must. Additional languages are a plus—especially Polish or Russian.
