- Maintain companies in good standing across various jurisdictions (update KYC, ensure all payments and updates are in order, arrange for documents)
- Deal with local fiduciary requirements, accounts, submissions, taxes, annual reports
- Liaise with local payroll companies
- Stay on top of local payroll calculations, new employee onboardings, ensure all employee data is in order, all payslips are prepared, all employees have work visas and those are updated on time
- Speak to agents at different jurisdictions in order to open new companies. Understand local requirements in each region (costs, audits, employments, taxes, office rentals, local bills, etc)
- KYC process with counterparties (clients, suppliers, banks, insurers, agents, lawyers, etc)
- Sign contracts, send KYC information, prepare letters (as requested)

The group operates in shipping industry for over 2 decades and today runs from several offices globally. The wider team consists of very diversified environment with 10 different nationalities across all the offices.
The employee:
You will have between 4 -7 years prior experience in fiduciary, kyc, compliance, office administration or other related sector.
