Floor Supervisor (Afternoon Shift)

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently seeking to recruit a Floor Supervisor for NYX Hotel Limassol.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Distribute daily floor workloads fairly among the housekeeping team.
• Supervise room attendants and cleaners to ensure maximum efficiency and high cleaning standards.
• Inspect all public areas, including restaurants, offices, staff areas, pool areas, and conference rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel's quality standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, including arrivals, departures, vacant clean rooms, suites, and VIP rooms.
• Assist room attendants whenever required.
• Complete room status reports and report any irregularities to the Head of Housekeeping.
• Ensure the Lost & Found procedure is followed at all times.
• Liaise with the Technical Department regarding maintenance issues and repairs.
• Ensure cleaning materials and chemicals are used correctly and in the appropriate quantities.
• Check that housekeeping equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Maintenance, and Linen Room departments to ensure guest rooms are prepared on time and to the required standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good knowledge of Greek or English and basic computer skills.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Flexibility to work afternoon shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Working Schedule

• Shift: Afternoon Shift
• This position primarily covers afternoon shifts.
• Applicants must be available to work afternoon hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the operational needs of the hotel.
