The American University of Cyprus is receiving applications for a Full-time position in Management and/or Marketing.

Position Details:

Job Title: Lecturer / Assistant Professor

Contract Type: Full-time

Location: American University of Cyprus, Larnaca, Cyprus

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ph.D. in Marketing, Management or Business Administration

Coordinate undergraduate programmes in Management and/or Marketing.

• Marketing Management
• Strategic Management
• Digital Marketing
• Consumer Behaviour
• Entrepreneurship
• Innovation and Business Strategy or related fields

Evidence of an active research agenda with publications in peer-reviewed academic journals

Demonstrated potential for sustained scholarly productivity

Proven record of teaching excellence at undergraduate and postgraduate levels

Experience in supervising research projects, theses and dissertations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Industry or professional experience will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management and/or Marketing

Develop and update course syllabi, teaching materials and assessment strategies

Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals

Contribute to the School’s research output and academic reputation

Supervise student research projects, theses and dissertations

Participate in curriculum development, accreditation processes and academic committees

Provide academic advising, mentoring, assessment, marking and feedback to students

Engage in and support community engagement initiatives and activities

Actively contribute to the academic life and governance of the University
