The Position
MTS Globe Cyprus Ltd is seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Experiences Officer in our office in Larnaka.

MTS Globe Group was founded in 1967 and is today the largest privately owned incoming/DMC and hotel trading company in Europe, operating in 65 destinations across 20 countries.
The Role – Principal Responsibilities
• Coordinate bookings for excursions, ensuring availability, accurate guest details, and timely confirmations.
• Liaise with local tour providers to confirm schedules, pickup times, and any special guest requirements.
• Ensure smooth guest participation in excursions by managing logistics such as meeting points, transportation, and timing.
• Handle last-minute changes or cancellations, offering alternatives and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Assist with special requests, such as private tours, accessibility needs, or multilingual guides.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all available tours, seasonal offerings, and local attractions.

Qualifications
• Minimum of a High School diploma is required, further education, particularly in tourism, would be considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written). Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in a similar role within the travel & tourism industry shall be considered an advantage.
