Phaedrus Living is currently looking to recruit a Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to join its high-performance team supporting operations across all areas of Cyprus where Phaedrus Living operates. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor construction work. 
• Carry out routine inspections of facilities to identify issues, hazards, or required maintenance. 
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management, occupiers, or staff. 
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment, systems, and structures remain in good working order. 
• Assemble, install, or repair furniture, fixtures, and equipment as required. 
• Support upkeep of common areas, including minor landscaping, lighting, and signage repairs. 
• Assist and support cleaning staff when needed, including participating in general cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of hygiene and presentation across all areas. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical or electrical issues; escalate more complex problems to specialized technicians or contractors. 
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations. 
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in good condition. 
• Record and report completed work, outstanding issues, and supply needs to the supervisor. 
• Identify and report on the need for major repairs. 
• Support occasional renovation or upgrading projects under the supervision of the Property Manager. 
• Provide emergency responses for urgent maintenance issues when required. 
• Any other relevant duty as requested by the Company’s Senior Management.  

Requirements: 

• Demonstrated work experience as a handyman.  
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment. 
• Good understanding or education related to electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems. 
• Good Greek & English skills.  
• Well-organized and apt at problem-solving. 
• High school diploma. 
• EU driving license required.
