Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Senior Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination and performance of manufacturing, engineering, site operations, installation activities, and service delivery functions. The role requires a strong leader capable of driving operational excellence, improving productivity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering projects and services safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's Operations & Delivery function.
• Oversee manufacturing, site operations, engineering execution, installation, and service delivery activities.
• Ensure projects and operational activities are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to contractual requirements.
• Drive operational planning, execution, monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate resources, priorities, and operational activities across multiple departments and projects.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, quality requirements, and health & safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks that may impact delivery performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational managers, supervisors, and team leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic planning and operational growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide regular operational performance reports and recommendations to executive management.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant operational, engineering, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or project delivery experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operational environments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, resource management, quality management, and operational performance.
• Experience working on public-sector, infrastructure, engineering, or technology projects will be considered an advantage.
