We are looking for an IT Help Desk Operator to join our team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our Help Desk services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails from customers and log issues into the Help Desk ticketing system
• Dispatch tickets to the appropriate support personnel
• Monitor and update the status of tickets
• Extract reports from the ticketing system
• Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients

 

 

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 03:30 PM(Excluding Public Holidays)

Requirements

• Basic IT knowledge and good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, professional phone manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a customer service environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Help Desk, Customer Support, or administrative role will be considered an advantage
• The position is also suitable for recent graduates or students who are still attending college and are looking to gain valuable work experience in IT support and customer service.
