The Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented professional to join our Cleaning & Facilities team as a Houseman. This is a physically active, hands-on role responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of LABS Tower's premium common areas and facilities to the highest standards. As a key member of our operations team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that the building consistently reflects the world-class environment our members expect. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Nicosia headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

●        Carry out professional glass and window cleaning across the building's interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a flawless finish at all times.

●        Operate ride-on floor cleaning machinery across large common areas, lobbies, and facilities.

●        Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks across all areas of the building, including deep cleans, high-reach cleaning, and the treatment of specialist surfaces.

●        Support the wider cleaning team with daily operational tasks and scheduled maintenance cleaning routines.

●        Handle, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and machinery responsibly, reporting any faults or maintenance needs promptly.

●        Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including the correct use of cleaning agents, personal protective equipment (PPE), and machinery operation guidelines.

●        Respond to reactive cleaning requirements as directed by the Executive Housekeeper or Maintenance team.

●        Uphold LABS Tower's premium presentation standards at all times, ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and guest-ready throughout the day.

What We're Looking For

●        Prior experience in a houseman, janitorial, or heavy-duty cleaning role, ideally within a hotel, commercial building, or high-end facility.

●        Demonstrated experience operating ride-on floor cleaning equipment and professional glass cleaning systems is a strong advantage.

●        A physically fit individual, comfortable working on their feet and handling equipment throughout the working day.

●        A strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in delivering meticulous results.

●        The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

●        Basic communication skills in Greek and/or English.

●        Familiarity with health and safety standards relating to cleaning operations and equipment use.

●        Full-time Monday – Friday 0800- 1700 and Saturday 0800- 1400.

●        Salary - €1250 gross per month, plus 13th salary.
