About the Company

On behalf of our client, a well-established and continuously growing company in the construction, home improvement, and interior solutions industry, we are seeking an Indoor Sales Representative to join its modern showroom in Larnaca.

The company has built a strong reputation for delivering premium products, innovative design solutions, and outstanding customer service to homeowners, architects, interior designers, and construction professionals across Cyprus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers, providing expert advice, and helping clients transform their ideas into beautiful living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional showroom experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with both retail and professional clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and market trends.
• Assist in achieving showroom sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure the showroom remains organized, attractive, and customer-ready.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer-focused approach.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy.
• Comfortable using email and digital systems.
• Good knowledge of Greek and English (spoken and written).
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Will Be Considered an Advantage

• Knowledge of interior design, decoration, or current design trends.
• Experience working with architects or interior designers.
• Interior design background.
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Experience using SAP ERP.

• Gross annual salary up to €22,000 (13 salaries) plus attractive monthly sales bonus.
