Η UpcoMinds αναζητά έναν IT Support Engineer για onsite υποστήριξη σε μεγάλο οργανισμό στην Κύπρο, με έδρα τη Λευκωσία. Ο ρόλος αφορά καθημερινή τεχνική υποστήριξη χρηστών και υποδομών IT.

 

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Υποστήριξη και διαχείριση περιβάλλοντος Microsoft Office 365
• Διαχείριση Active Directory και Microsoft Exchange
• Windows OS patching και βασική διαχείριση endpoints
• Troubleshooting hardware και software issues
• Υποστήριξη συνδεσιμότητας και προβλημάτων WiFi infrastructure
• Υποστήριξη εκτυπωτών και printing services
• Υποστήριξη IP Telephony περιβάλλοντος

 

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

• Προϋπηρεσία σε IT Support / Helpdesk / Field Support ρόλο
• Πολύ καλή γνώση Windows περιβάλλοντος και Microsoft technologies
• Εμπειρία σε Active Directory, Exchange και Office365
• Καλή κατανόηση networking και WiFi troubleshooting
• Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και customer-oriented προσέγγιση
